Raymond Hounon is a passionate software developer and experienced sales leader with over 18 years of experience in solution sales. He has worked with companies such as Andor Technology, Juniper Network, General Electric, Acquia, Oracle, and Microsoft Corporations, selling data and artificial intelligence solutions both on-premise and in Microsoft Azure data services. He has experience working with multinational organizations in streamlining processes, increasing productivity, and efficiency, with a focus on the finance, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries. Raymond has also developed digital transformation strategies for customers by modernizing their data platform and innovating and automating business processes using new data analytics tools and artificial intelligence solutions. His areas of interest include CRM, big data, HCM, social and collaboration, HR analytics, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.
