Nadejda Butnari is a lecturer at the State University of Moldova, with a focus on education and pedagogy. She has conducted research on the evaluation of spiritual intelligence in higher education, as well as on the development of students' responsibility through engagement in the training process. Butnari has published several academic articles in the field of education and has a PhD in pedagogy from the State University of Moldova.
