Rodica Gramma is an Associate Professor at the School of Public Health Management at “Nicolae Testemitanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. She is a Medical Doctor with a PhD in Philosophy of Science and has a degree of Master in Health Law and Management. Her research interests include Health Law, Human Rights in Health, Ethics, and Health Management. She has published several articles and is cited by many researchers.
