Zinovia Toacă is an Associate Professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Statistics at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She is involved in training highly professional specialists and conducting scientific research in computer science, statistics, and economic cybernetics. Toacă has published several articles and research papers on the economy of Moldova, including a quarterly GDP forecast model for the Republic of Moldova. She holds a PhD and is an academician and habilitated doctor.
