We investigate how the effect of nutritional interventions may be maximized; here we study polyphenol-rich diet in particular (with the Lab Medicine group at the UMR, funded by Karls strawberry farm). Studies funded by the ministry (BMBF) concern biomarkers of cellular senescence & fibrosis, in human (cancer/stroke) and animal (glaucoma).
