Inesa is the founder of the digital marketing agency Markethink Advertising Agency and continues to share her experience in marketing for more than 5 years. The segment of expertise is digital marketing in terms of communication, production and advertising. Starting with her studies at the Faculty of Marketing and Logistics, she developed traditional marketing campaigns for the BtoB segment and later she became more interested in digital marketing, the principles of targeting, digital creative and communication channels where the potential client can be reached with a single click.In just 3 years, Inesa formed a team with talented marketing specialists and participated in the launch of national campaigns, later forming her own Markethink agency. She enthusiastically embraced the role of mentor in the 2023 edition of the Tech Women Moldova Mentoring Program and brilliantly initiated women in Digital Marketing.Becoming part of the Tech Women Moldova Ambassador team, she continues her mission to contribute, encourage, and provide all the support and knowledge to women who want to start a career in IT.
