Passionate about technology for as long as she can remember, Marinela is a Software Developer at Amdaris, an Insight company. She graduated from an engineering faculty at the Technical University of Moldova, specializing in information technologies and started her career early, during her second year of studies.In the tech industry, a predominantly male domain, she encountered many challenges: from combating limiting perceptions about women’s role in technology to finding a balance between her professional and personal life. However, she transformed challenges into growth opportunities, using them as motivation to continuously improve her skills and build a successful career.Marinela strongly believes that one of the most beautiful aspects of her work environment is the culture of mentorship. Actively participating in mentorship programs and speaking at various events, she has dedicated her time to providing support to anyone interested in a career in technology. This altruistic spirit has led her to volunteering activities, where she uses her knowledge and experience to help others.As a Tech Women Moldova Ambassador, Marinela continues her mission by offering support and guidance to all women who aspire to a career in the field.
