Gill has R&D and management experience in Israel's Air Force and aerospace industry. Prior to joining Veritas in 1999, he headed the R&D Department of the Israel Air Force. Gill was born and raised in Israel, served as a military aviator in the Israel Air Force and is a Colonel (reserve). Gill has served on the Board of Guardium- from inception untill the successful acquisition by IBM and Weblayers, among other portfolio companies He holds a B.Sc. in aeronautical engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA from Bar-Ilan Business School in Israel.
