Abraham is highly knowledgeable in the fields of big data and high-performance computing. He obtained a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in the same field from Cornell University, following which he worked with IBM's T.J.Watson Research Center, focusing on high-performance computing. After that, he enrolled in the University of Toronto for a Ph.D, during which time he developed two products- SCRIPDB, which is a publicly available database consisting of patented chemical structures- and LigAlign, which is a tool that helps researchers across 70 countries analyze proteins. Abraham's contributions to the field were of such significance that he was recognized as a fellow of both Massey College and the Ontario Brain Institute.
