Prior to that, he spent ten years in various management roles at a prominent bank. This background has given him a profound understanding of operational business processes and how technology can enhance efficiency and service quality. In 2001, Alastair co-founded Blue Prism and has served as its CEO ever since. He has also earned an MBA from the Leeds University Business School, which has provided him with additional knowledge and expertise in business management.
