Dr Alex Linley is the CEO of Cappfinity and a positive psychologist with significant international recognition. He co-founded the company, combining psychology, data science, and technology. He creates award-winning programs that enable corporations to identify and develop their talented employees by leveraging their strengths. He also developed Cappfinity's distinctive strengths-based methodology and has been a Visiting Professor in Psychology since 2007. During his past academic career, Alex published over 150 academic papers and wrote or edited eight books, including The Strengths Book.
