Anil is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KPIT, and as such, he is responsible for overseeing the company's financial performance, reporting, and governance. Anil is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has played an instrumental role in strengthening KPIT's financial discipline by implementing a global budgetary process, enhancing control environment, instigating tax planning measures, and enhancing treasury and forex management. As a member of the Executive Board, Anil works in close collaboration with KPIT's business leaders to drive the company's overall strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, legal and secretarial matters as well as large strategic deals. Under Anil's leadership, KPIT has been awarded the highly desired Golden Peacock Award by the Institute of Directors in the UK and the Corporate Governance award by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for four consecutive years.
