Antonio has been a leader in various organizations since 2002. He is one of the co-founders of Generation Impact, which comes under the family background of the Votorantim Group. Antonio has also worked at Endeavor and Booz Allen Hamilton, which is an international consulting firm. He is the recipient of international awards such as the Goldman Sachs Global Leaders Award and the America Business Council Leadership Forum. Currently, Antonio is a board member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda. He has a background in Public Administration, having studied at FGV-EAESP, Babson College, and UC Berkeley.
