As a senior member of the Berggruen Institute, Ms. Song is responsible for the overall strategy and programmatic and institutional development of the China Center. Prior to joining the Berggruen Institute, Ms. Song served in a senior country leadership position for Goldman Sachs China business. Earlier in her career, she did legal and public policy research in Singapore and China and published works on Chinese administrative law and competition law.
