Caroline Plumb is the Founder and CEO of Fluidly, a cashflow management software company. Previously, she co-founded and led both FreshMinds, an innovation consultancy, and FreshMinds Talent, a recruitment business. These businesses have won numerous awards, including Best Agency awards, and have frequently been listed in the Sunday Times' 100 Best Small Companies to Work For. Plumb is a Prime Minister's Business Ambassador, representing the Professional & Business Services sector. She graduated from Oxford University with a First Class degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management, and is a member of the industrial advisory board of the Engineering department. Plumb received an OBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours List in 2016.
