Dr Cos is the founder and CEO of Encode Health, he is a medical doctor who is the founder of Future Excellence, was known as the largest international medical summer school in the world which celebrated its first decade anniversary prior to Covid. He was the lead medical officer at Touch Surgery and helped grow the medical/surgical and animation pipeline from the company's inception. He was an integral member in achieving the platform's stretch goals of achieving more than 100 animated surgical procedures in less than 3 years for surgeons and with over 1 million healthcare professional users on the platform learning and has now had a successful exit with Medtronic. He was also the business development director at Dr Morton's - the medical helpline and implemented a women's health service reducing waiting times from 8 months to days and was an integral part of operations and business partnerships with some of the largest institutions, insurers and employers in the UK as well as having a hand in governance. He knows that motivated employees working in a meaningful environment are the most important resources for providing radically different solutions to the healthcare and aesthetics market. Dr Costas Fantis also won and led the SMART Innovate UK project An innovative healthcare record platform using AI and mobile phone cameras that could save the aesthetic industry's supply AI Industry Executivess three hours a day, successfully securing one of the largest grants offered in the UK. Costas is radically open minded to new innovation but still has a keen eye for operations and performance as well as being able to set the ethical tone for the organization and the transparency of its conduct.
