Since then she has successfully expanded and grown business units & companies ranging from Microsoft to Plain Concepts and enjoys managing high performance teams through growth and innovation. Fleurette thrives in high-paced environments and brings order in the chaos while maintaining a strategic vision. She recently started a new adventure as Business Lead at Dutch unicorn Picnic Technologies and is an active board member of the Women In Tech Netherlands organization who takes a proactive style to leadership.
