Policy Officer FinTech & Artificial Intelligence Dutch Central Bank Frans is responsible for the regulation and supervision of AI in the financial industry. Before working at DNB he was responsible for the regulation of AI in the Dutch Healthcare industry. Frans is also a Phd candidate, where he is researching the role of public values in the effectiveness and legitimacy of regulatory agencies.
