Jean brings 20 years of healthcare management experience in various areas, such as strategy, operations, finance, and cultural change. Before founding Clarify Health, Jean worked for McKinsey where he was in charge of the Healthcare Digital and IT practice, creating digital strategies for healthcare clients and deploying IT capabilities to improve quality, automate operations, and strengthen sales and marketing. Moreover, Jean established and headed the McKinsey Advanced Healthcare Analytics (MAHA) sector, which provides healthcare reform, consumer analytics, payment and pricing model, and risk management services and products. Additionally, Jean currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific. Jean received an MD and MBA from Stanford University, as well as an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton.
