I am very much a nonprofit mission-driven person and prefer to link with people based on a shared intellectual purpose. My lifelong commitment to understanding how rigorous research and scalable innovations can play a role in moving education forward. I especially like helping early career scholars, scholars who can add to the diversity of our field, and others who share an interest in advancing education through research -- and I would love to connect with you. I am especially interested in connected around how we can advance AI for learning that is human-centered, responsible, for social good.I see myself as researcher who applies the Learning Sciences to better understand how people learn important concepts and use that knowledge to guide the design of better technologies and inform effective policies and practices.
