CO-FOUNDER THE RACISM AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER Jill Toh is co-founder and secretary of the Racism and Technology Center, a non-profit organisation based in Amsterdam. She is also a PhD researcher at the Institute for Information Law (University of Amsterdam), and her interdisciplinary research looks at data governance and algorithmic management in the platform economy. In particular, it explores the constitutive and transformative potential of the law to construct worker power towards social justice ends.
