Isabela Ferrari Brazilian Federal Judge and PhD candidate (UERJ) Isabela Ferrari is a Brazilian Federal Judge since 2012. She holds a masters degree on Public Law from the University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), where she is currently a Ph.D. candidate. She was a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School (2016/2017) and is the Academic Coordinator of the New Law Institute, and advisor at The Future Society.
