Thereafter, he worked as the Head of Corporate Development at Proximagen Group plc in 2009, aiding with fundraising, corporate transactions, and business development. Brennan has over 15 years of experience in the City's capital markets and is a senior corporate finance executive with an abundant transactional experience that includes M&A and takeover work. For most of his time at Evolution Securities, he worked as a Director in their corporate finance department, where he gained significant insights and expertise in his field. Brennan was appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Litebulb Group Limited in September 2013.
