Michael is an experienced CFO with more than ten years of expertise in different technology-driven financial sector companies. He has worked as a Certified Executive Director for a European licensed financial institution and has served as CFO for subsidiaries of stock listed companies such as SAP AG and Net1 UEPS Technologies. Michael has an international focus and is results-orientated. He is a co-founder of Masterpayment AG, a payment service provider, and Sinus Cultor, a real estate developer. Michael holds a degree in Business from the University of Würzburg.
