Nick Mahoney is the Head of Digital Health at SciPro Global, a team dedicated to building innovative AI and Software teams for companies within the Drug Discovery, Software as Medical Device and Medical Device IoT space. Nick has a been within the AI recruitment space since early 2019 and has built a number of teams from scratch as well as completing change management projects for new skill set implementation. In his role, Nick, works alongside his clients to devise long term talent workflows and making sure that the projects are ahead of the curve when it comes to skills analysis and future proofing their workforce in an ever adapting world. Coupled to his recruitment work Nick also promotes the innovative ways in which AI is being used in the life science industry through his podcast Life Sci AI: The podcast Series, currently on series 4.
