I love to experiment. I adore change – I abhor stagnation.In my shuttling career path between the Industry and the Academia I have been an Engineer, a Teacher, a Researcher, an Entrepreneur, a AI Industry Executives, a Mentor and again a Teacher. And I love being one and am really enjoying my second stint with IIT Kharagpur. I get paid for being a Teacher; but get the opportunity to wear all the hats that I have loved at some point of my career or the other.I teach Software Engineering and Programming Languages to share my Industry experience with the students. I teach Compilers to make them write one.I am a strong promoter of e-Learning – be it toning young teachers on pedagogy of an Algorithms course or reaching out to huge mass of (25,000+) students to train on Programming in C++ or Object-Oriented Analysis and Design or DBMS over MOOCs. With my ex-Director, I lead the “National Digital Library of India” Project of NMEICT, MHRD. It is an educational portal for all students of India
