Pasi William Sachiti

Country: Zimbabwe
William Sachiti is a serial entrepreneur based in the UK who has gained recognition for creating a British autonomous car manufacturing company that competes with established multinationals like Google, Uber, and Tesla. The company builds and designs self-driving cars at its UK warehouse. Previously, Sachiti had initiated and sold three tech startups in succession, with his latest project being MyCityVenue, an AI-propelled experience platform which linked 1.6 million users, which was purchased by Secret Escapes in 2015. One of Sachiti's start-up ideas, called digital outdoor advertising on bins, was famously turned down on the BBC Investment Program called Dragons Den, telling him he should be wheeled out of the bin. Nevertheless, the firm he proposed was later certified in several nations before being acquired. One of Sachiti's initial start-ups, 123-registration, which he launched at the age of 19, was also sold for an unknown sum.
