I am a passionate Software Engineer who has a keen interest in Programming. Many of the modules I teach and have previously taught are in this space:I have taught at least one module on Data Structures and Algorthms (either elementary or advanced) every year from 2003 to 2019 with a core focus on students understanding how each technique worked and how to implement them. I have also taught at least one module (and sometimes two) on Multi-Agent Systems, always with a focus on Agent-Oriented Programming.Since 2015, I have been teaching a Distributed Systems model that is practically focussed around distribution techniques such as Web Services, REST, Message-Oriented Middleware, Microservices and Actor based reactive services.
