Stephanie Crimmins

Stephanie Crimmins has been part of the Panera team since 2005 when she became Vice President, Business Development. In 2012, Crimmins transitioned to Vice President, Consumer Packaged Goods, and in 2016, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Panera at Home. In her current role, Crimmins is responsible for driving the growth of the Panera at Home business, which includes developing the overall strategy, planning, sales and marketing of an extensive product portfolio sold through grocery, mass and club store channels. Before joining Panera, Crimmins spent 11 years working for Fidelity Investments, where she started as a Research Analyst in FMR Co and later became VP, Strategic Investments. Crimmins holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, as well as an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Overall, Crimmins has a wealth of experience in business development, strategic investments, and consumer packaged goods, making her a valuable asset to the Panera team. Her leadership in driving the growth of Panera at Home has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach beyond its cafes and into the homes of their customers through grocery stores and other retail channels.
