Steve Bunnellis currently a Senior Advisor to the Homeland Security Department, focused on emerging technology and intelligence issues. Steve has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He is the former Chief Legal Officer of the Diem Association, a global blockchain-based payment project, and the former General Counsel of the Homeland Security Department. He has also been the co-chair of the Data Security and Privacy practice at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers, and the Chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.
