Atanas G. Atanasov is the Principle Investigator of Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Digital Health and Patient Safety (LBIDHPS) at Medical University of Vienna (Austria) and holds positions as Adjunct Professor at IGAB PAS (Poland) and Guest-Professor at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Bulgaria). He is an experienced scientist with degrees in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Pharmaceutical Biology, and has published over 200 papers in the fields of Molecular Medicine, Biotechnology, and Science Communication. Additionally, he is an advocate of digital science communication and open innovation through various platforms and channels.
