Sybil completed her PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Nottingham and Barts Cancer Institute, QMUL. She joined Sparrho after working as the SVP Business Development & Director of OneStart, the largest biotech and healthcare startup accelerator in the world, which was affiliated with the Oxbridge Biotech Roundtable. During her time at OneStart, Sybil supported 70 biotech and healthcare startups across Europe, North America, and Asia. She also managed partnerships with successful pharmaceutical and venture firms, including SR One/GSK, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca/MedImmune.
