Bin He is a Chinese American biomedical engineering scientist, professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, known for his work on non-invasive brain-computer interfaces. He was also the Trustee Professor and Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and Professor by courtesy in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has made significant research and education contributions to the field of neuroengineering and biomedical imaging, including functional biomedical imaging, noninvasive brain-computer interface (BCI), and noninvasive neuromodulation.
