David Wild is a Professor at Indiana University's Luddy School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering. He serves as the Director of the Crisis Technologies Innovation Lab and the IU Integrative Data Science Laboratory. He is also the Founder and CEO of Data2Discovery Inc. and KonnexAI Inc. Additionally, he is an Advisor and Board Member for Disaster Technologies Inc. He specializes in health, biomedical, and scientific applications, crisis and emergency response technologies, and cheminformatics, chemical, and biological data. He is the founding editor of the Journal of Cheminformatics and has a background as an EMT and long-term emergency management volunteer.
