Dr. Jeremy Jenkin, responsible for the research informatics labs in the Chemical Biology & Therapeutics department at Novartis in Cambridge, MA and Basel, Switzerland.He focuses on integrating screening and informatics for target discovery and drug discovery in pharmaceutical research. His lab analyzes data from compound screening, siRNA, shRNA, cDNA, and CRISPR to gain insights into cellular pathways and networks dysregulated in disease. Dr. Jenkins' research spans cheminformatics, bioinformatics, and genome-wide RNAi screening to understand compound mechanism-of-action, siRNA and miRNA cellular function, and synthetic lethal relationships for potential therapeutics.
