With extensive experience in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, he leads a team focused on developing advanced platforms and technologies for engineered cell therapies at Sana Biotechnology. His career spans over 20 years, during which he has specialized in stem cell tissue engineering, biomaterials, and tissue development, aiming to create scalable technologies for improved stem cell differentiation and morphogenesis. Prior to joining SanaX, he directed an academic lab for over 17 years, contributing to innovative approaches in regenerative medicine, drug screening, and disease modeling.
