Dr. Mai Al Jaber serves as the Executive Director at Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), focusing on optimizing operations and patient access while expanding ICLDC's presence in the UAE and the region. With over 17 years of General Medicine experience in Abu Dhabi, she began her career at Zayed Military Hospital in 2005. She holds a Master of Public Health and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, USA. She joined Healthpoint in 2013, later becoming Medical Director in 2016, overseeing clinical leadership and operations. Dr. Mai also contributes to various health and sports committees and currently presides over the National Antidoping Agency of the United Arab Emirates. She received the Arab Women Award in the medical category in 2021 and was honored as Woman of the Year by the Emirates Woman Award in 2018.
