Dr. Christine E. Seidman is the Director of Cardiovascular Genetics Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Thomas W. Smith Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She is also an Investigator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Her groundbreaking work combines basic research and clinical practice to uncover genetic causes of heart disease.
