Litha Group Company
Litha Group is a European enterprise focusing on the development and application of Conversational AI and Psychology AI. Our first Use Case, Lyra is a Freemium AI Mental Health application for people living with anxiety or mild-moderate depression. Our second Use Case, Human Orienters is a SaaS-based psychological sense maker - think of 'psychometrics on steroids'. _______________________________________ LYRA Based on Nobel Prize-winning cognitive theory, Lyra focuses on asking questions in order to 'understand' through full, wide-ranging, unscripted conversations. Recent research* shows that Mental Health Apps are not sufficiently 'solving' the problems of anxiety or mild-moderate depression. From a financial perspective, Lyra is addressing a $1 trillion global corporate issue of non-productivity due to anxiety or mild-moderate depression (UK market is c. $43bn; USA market is c. $300bn). Competitive offerings would include organisations offering access to increasingly disputed talking therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as antidepressants (SSRIs) and telehealth (remote access to human therapists). A SaaS version for organisations looking to build their own mental wellbeing officer is due for release in November 2020. * A Review of Popular Smartphone Apps for Depression and Anxiety: Assessing the Inclusion of Evidence-Based Content, Harvard University 2019 _______________________________________ HUMAN ORIENTERS Whereas occupational psychometric assessment is a one-off measurement of psychology, Human Orienters is a continual guide on an ongoing journey that looks at your psychology against varying situations (e.g. team build, team play, leadership, recruitment, etc.). Human Orienters uses a wide range of AI as we build powerful conversations with an AI coach for your staff. Using core proprietary technology for Lyra, Human Orienters is in user test in February with a view to a controlled launch in April 2020. _______________________________________
