ThemisCare's vision is to drive person-centered and personalized-focused home care and help caregivers, doctors, and medical staff to make data-driven decisions within seconds to improve seniors’ treatment. At Themis, we are developing a collaborative tool and data collection platform that will open new horizons for healthcare providers and the delivery of home care. Our machine learning unique technology aims to empower caregivers around the world by integrating evidence-based and personalized data. By reducing the caregiver's fatigue and better his skills and performances we aim to improve geriatric health care. With our innovative and insightful technology, we strive to successfully improve the care of older adults by implementing a Predictive Analytics tool that can be easily used by the caregiver to provide person-centered care. Attracting and retaining care workers for the elderly will be done by empowering them to provide better evidence-based and measurable care so that they can share part of the productivity and outcomes for money spent.​
