KOL Technologies has developed an iOS app called SPOTECH which is Japan's first global platform to remotely adopt skilled IT freelancers. The app aims to solve issues related to language, management, and cultural barriers by using artificial intelligence and technology. The app was created by two global engineers who worked for only 1.5 months under the direction of the COO. The platform was developed to address the potential shortage of IT workforce by 2030.
