World Heart Federation ^Community

The World Heart Federation is a global organization dedicated to fighting against heart disease and stroke. They have a community of 200 member organizations from over 100 countries, including medical societies and heart foundations. Their goal is to build global commitment and promote action to tackle heart disease and stroke, which are responsible for 17.1 million deaths annually, with 82% of these deaths occurring in developing countries. The World Health Organization recognizes the World Heart Federation as its leading non-governmental partner in preventing and controlling cardiovascular disease.
