We especially understand the need for trust and data longevity for research done during this time, and beyond. We are developing Delphus, an open science management system that increases data integrity and streamlines third party audits without sacrificing time or costs. Study hypotheses and methods for statistical analysis are declared in advance, preventing endpoint switching and data dredging. Delphus is a decentralized research study management system that tracks end-to-end data provenance and proves when data has not been tampered by providing a replicated audit log for data uploads, consents, and administrative actions. By hosting scientific data on a decentralized network with end-to-end encryption to protect personally-identifiable information, Delphus provides a secure and efficient way for scientists to share research datasets and build a community of trust.
