Vaughan Capital Advisors ("VCA") is an M&A advisory and private equity firm that closes transactions with companies operating at the intersection of media and consumer technology. VCA was a founding general partner of the QueensBridge Fund which invested in Lyft, Dropbox, Ring, Pillpack, Casper, Away (Luggage), General Assembly, Koru, Pocket, Robinhood and PlutoTV among other notable companies. VCA has advised middle-market media and technology companies on transactions with Apple, Oracle and WPP among others. VCA was exclusive M&A advisor to Time Inc. on the sale of Essence Communications to Essence Ventures in 2018.
