Upon graduation from StartupTraining.com, Tricent Capital will invest $25,000 in your startup in exchange for 2.5% of convertible preferred stock, and depending on how you progress, we may invest up to an additional $2,975,000 for a total convertible preferred stock position of 40% in your company. We never take control of your company. We are here to help your success, not hinder it, and the best way we have found to do that is to add value while providing capital. If your company hits a certain maturity point (we target within 5 years or less), we guide you through a merger or acquisition to a larger company.
