Magnes is a company that has developed smart shoes with embedded sensors to monitor the gait of patients with neurological disorders. The data collected is processed by AI to generate automatic reports and provide direct feedback to patients on their gait. This technology can improve efficacy in clinical trials and patient outcomes by enabling data-driven therapy through tailored medication dosage. Magnes is a spinoff of the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems of ETH Zurich.
