Aison Technologies is a startup founded in 2018 by UZH alumni Dr. Sophia Borowka, Jana Maes, and Dr. Jinesh Kallunkathariyil. The company develops medical devices that enhance diagnostic ultrasound, aiming to make sonography easier and more accurate. Their solutions range from an adaptive pad that improves probe-to-skin coupling to AI-driven robotic ultrasound scanning. Aison Technologies believes that ultrasound has great potential and can provide maximal benefit for doctors and their patients.
