Malvina Goldfeld People
Born in Moldova. Malvina is the Head of Developer Programs at Facebook. Previously she was the head of business development for Africa at PayPal, leading al of PayPal's strategic partnerships, sales and marketing activities in sub-Saharan Africa.Prior to PayPal, Malvina was avice president at BatteryVentures, aglobal ven-ture capital fund, focusing on investmentsin e-commerce, consumer applications andsoftware. She also worked with McKinsey &Company in Israel and Eastern Europe on projects spanning diverse sectors such as finance, chemicals, and the public sector.While completing her MBA at Stanford she worked with a video technology start- up, helped structure an innovation and entrepreneurship program for Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors VC and spent a summer working at Vietnam InvestmentsGroup, a private equity fund in Vietnam. Malvina received an MBA from the Stanford GraduateSchool of Business and a bachelor's from Princeton University in public and international affairs with adiploma in Latin American Studies. She has been involved with Seeds of Peace since 1995 when she attended the summer program in Mainewith the Israeli delegation, and has subsequently been involved in various alumni ac-tivities, worked at the Camp as a counselor, and spoken on behalf of Seeds of Peace at numerous events. Malvina loves languages, and isfluent in English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese, with good knowledgeof Arabic, Japanese and French.
