Tower Vulykh - a series of one-section, the most widespread not only in Moscow, but also in many othercities. Compared to the first series panel houses and Khrushchev five-story buildings, these houses were distinguished by the convenience of the internal layout and com- fort, elegant facades. They look quite modern even now, and in those days they were considered elite housing at al. It is noteworthy that most of the apartments distributed bypassing the municipal queue to venerable officials, siloviks, creative workers and other high-ranking officials were located inthe houses of the Vulykh Tower series.
