As main architect, he participated in the creation of the General Development Plan ofseven cities of the Moldovan SSR: Cahul, Comrat, Tighina, Dubâsari, Râbnita, Tiraspol, Leova. Later, he was involved in the development of the General Urban Plan of Bälti. He also participated in the development of the general development plan of Chisināu (project leader Robert Curt). For more than fifty years, he worked at the Chisināu Urban-Proekt Design Institute, he was the main architect of the institute.He is the author of the project of the State Circus in Chisinâu (1981, for which he won the State Prize of the MSSR), the Palace of Railway Culture (together with Boris Vaysbeyn), the building of theMinistry of Agriculture (together with Boris Vaysbeyn), the building of School No. 1(the current Gheorghe Asachi High School), the Press House (together with Boris Vaysbeyn), the reconstruction of the Eternity Memorial (2006), the memorial complex to commemorate the victims of the 1903 Chisinau po- grom in Alunel Park (sculptor- N. Epelbaum, 1993), the monument to commemorate prisoners of the Chisināu ghetto (on Jerusalem Street instead of the former gate of the ghetto, the sculptor N. Epelbaum, 1992), the memorial complex Serpeni Bridge Head (2004), etc.In 1993-2004, he led the Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities in Moldova. He was awarded the Gloria Muncii medal, Order of Honor.
